The Philodendron Birkin will grow to become a compact plant with broad leaves displaying dramatic pin stripe variegations . Being such a new plant the height it will reach is not yet known but it could be 50-100cm. It is a slow grower so if you have the perfect favorite pot it will not outgrow it very quickly. Being a tropical plant Philodendron prefer a warm humid situation, the soil moist but not too wet or dry. Allowing the soil to partly dry out before watering again is a good practice. Occasionally misting the plant will help to provide the humidity it enjoys. Applying a diluted general liquid fertilizer monthly during the warmer months will keep your Philodendron in peak condition. Perfect as a table feature in decorative pots or amongst your other Jungle Collection plants as a lovely contrast. Also suited to your sheltered outdoor entertaining areas and can make the perfect gift to that special someone.
